This site is a by-product of the Nigerian kitchen, an initiative that have spiraled out of the hand of the initial creator to become a portal for all things Nigerian foods. We started by writing articles on Nigerian foods and making videos, ebooks and our latest  innovation is the Ultimate Nigerian Cookbook What You get is the most comprehensive and complete site on making Nigerian foods, thanks for being a part of it.

If you want to get in touch with us for advertisement, complaint, encouragement, testimony or for any other reason We are always available, shoot a mail across via the form on Our  Contact Page, Thank you.

Over the years I have thought of ways to share my cooking trick and tips with the rest of world. I started making Nigerian foods as far back as 1992, I still remember my first pot of soup.

Over the last 20 years I have learned a lot from my mother’s kitchen and have more than expanded the whole idea in my own kitchen, I just want to help you to make delicious Nigerian foods, you can always start with Nigerian jellof rice

I try to make this site as comprehensive and interesting as possible by using both detailed articles and videos to show you how to make delicious Nigerian foods. Most of the videos you find here were made in my own very kitchen (in the Nigerian Kitchen).

While I welcome guest post and great Authors for positive contribution, I also try to fine-tune each page to meet your needs. As a matter of fact you can contact me any day to share a recipe with the rest of the site members.

My aim is to present you with a detailed site on making Nigerian foods, I want to share my own idea, tips and tricks to as many people that love making Nigerian foods, I also try to give advise on healthy Nigerian foods and a little on how to stay fit by eating the right food at the right time.

This site will be beneficial to every Nigerian as well as friends of Nigerians, I have also learned that bulk of the people that visit this site are white women that are either dating or married to a Nigerian man or the other way round.

Thanks for being a part of this
