Wow this Website is awesome. Chi, you are doing a great job may the Almighty God bless you. I have learned a lot from you, even though I have always be a fan of healthy foods and diet. Your sense of clarity and comprehensiveness in explaining methods of preparation whether soup, juice, food etc. is worthy of commendation.
I will also suggest that other readers like me try vegetable juice, very healthy and delicious. Just a blend of carrots and cucumber will do. You can just throw an inch or 2 of ginger for a little aroma.

I love fruit juice but I never actually made one for myself but I am definitely going to give it a shot. Your articles always make the process to seem very easy. I am planning on experimenting wildly with lots of fruits, I will do that and then get back to you with the result.
