In reply to Chidi Anegbu. To preserve longer than 4 days, u can prepare it without sugar and the natural fruits like pineapple and orange. You can then add sugar and pineapple or any other fruit extract at the point of consumption. This is because sugar will increase the rate of spoilage by causing it to ferment

Folasade, thanks for your comment. Actually, you can not preserve zobo for more than four days except you want to use preservative (which I don’t recommend). However, you can referigerate for up to one week.

Hello Chidi, I just want to say a big thank you for all your wonderful recipes, I just purchased your cookbook and frankly, you did a fantastic job. Thanks for the drinks. For me, I think I would go with zobo, since it got those ingredients like ginger/garlic and even pineapple… All in one drink!

I like chapman too, I also like zobo. OMG I didn’t see the pineapple juice… That is my best. Give it up for the juice. It relaxes my brains when I am in the mood of reading.

I think chapamn is the best drink in Nigeria, anyday, any time it is still my best. I also love zobo because it is medicinal, but chapman does wonders to my taste buds, just like a chiled bottle of coke 😀 thanks for the drinks
