I ve never commented here. 4 a month plus I ve been using ur procedures to book. I’ve made: Banga Soup, fried rice, garden egg sauce, spaghetti, black soup etc and trust me wen I say Dey all came out extremely excellent. Thanks 4 building my cooking confidence back . Please i have a question before i try this, will you wait for the water from the meat that u added with the one cup of water to dry before bringing the spaghetie down? if yes, what if on waiting for it to dry and the food get over done?

Hello Chidi,

I have a question. The recipe says to fry the tomatoes and pepper very well… but in the picture I believe I can see onions in there. Was that missed? Also is it compulsory to put tinned tomatoes? I try to avoid it.
