I have a question,is it a must to blend it at all.
And if no, does it need any form of food processor.
Cause I prefer the wooden spoon.

Pancakes has been one of my favorites since i was little and now my kids love it,but i use honey well wheat flour instead of white flour,and it just splendid and much more healthier. Good job,i also got your cook book and it’s worth it.

You can skip the unhealthy flour and use 2 eggs and a mashed ripe banana with other spices and veggies. Heat cooking oil and fry. Yummy.

I had tried making pancakes ones and didn’t like what I got.

You can equally add banana. My Aunty used to make pancakes with just banana without the pepper for us as kids. That was mostly our lunch. and it was always very tasty.

Yea…I love that snack, but this recipes and method is great. For me I’m watching my weight like kilode…lol. So I use oats in place of flour but I blend it to make a flour out of it. Thanks Ma. I’ll try this this Saturday.
