Yes, porridge yam that is prepared with old yams are my best, they taste somewhat sugary and very appealing to the tongue. Thanks for the recipe.

I like porridge yam so much, they are easy to make and can be made in less than 20 minutes, I kinda like foods that takes less time to prepare. They fit properly into my busy schedule. I love Nigerian foods and would love to learn about the rest. I have learned to make porridge yam and different rice recipes, thanks for teaching me.
