In reply to Oyenuga Omolara. I have some standard measuring cups that I purchased from the baker shop. They are cheap, you can get them. When it comes to recipes, nothing is etched in stones. More dates, fewer dates, you can try all then decide what you want.

In reply to Ariyo. Thanks for your question. I had a neighbor that used hand grinding machine, I don't think it allows that extra-carefulness that should be associated with making healthy tiger nut milk. Lots of people use it nonetheless.

I use to blend 4 cups of tiger nut, and I add ginger,and dates. But my dates is the same measurements with the ginger. I use it to sweeten it . I’m into fresh juice sales. For preserving it, ginger could be helpful, and you make sure it is kept in the freezer.

In reply to Hmk. How long tiger nut milk stays? actually not long. I keep mine for a minimum of a week refrigerated it needs to be cold always otherwise it gets bads before you know it, it will just start thickening like akamu and taste goes sour too. I would advise you make it daily or at least every 2 days depending on your power supply .

You can also add coconut. The date to be added to a four cups of tiger nuts should be at least half of a glass cup.
