Step by step Fried Rice Recipe
Set your pot on heat and add 200mls of vegetable oil
Allow the oil to heat, then add sliced onion (1cup), carrot and green beans. Stir all together, add the cabbage and allow to simmer for a minute while you continue to stir.
Add the curry powder and stir evenly (2 tbsp should do), just sprinkle all over and stir. Add the ground pepper, a seasoning cube, chicken stock, and salt to taste.
Taste, if you like the taste then go ahead and add the green peppers, stir and add the pre-cooked white rice. stir all together.
Cover the pot and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, that is how to cook fried rice the Nigerian way.
