Once you can lay your hands on the real dan wake flour, go ahead and mix with water. You don't want too much water so you can mould it into balls. (dan wake flour can be purchased from local markets in Northern Nigeria)
Boil water in a pot and keep forming small balls with the mixed flour and throwing them into the boiling water.
They should boil for up to 10 minutes and double in size.
Strain and serve.
To serve dan wake - sprinkle some yaji, stock cubes, use vegetables like carrots, cucumbers and fresh tomatoes for topping.
