In reply to Anny. Dice fresh tomatoes, pepper and onions and set it aside. Break your eggs and lightly season it, beat and set aside. Pour oil of your choice in a pot or sauce pan and let it heat up a little. Add your chopredicted everything, let it fry a little, salt and season to your taste and add your beaten eggs and fry till your eggs firm up and is cooked.

Hi.Thanks alot for d weekly newsletter you’ve been sending to me.However,even before i subscribed,i’d been visitin your site & have learnt alot of dishes that i never knew jack about.I am from the northern part of Nigeria but via your site,i’ve become a guru in preparin afang soup,oha,edika ikong,banga soup,white soup,& lots more.
Just about 2wks ago,i was so tired & was wondering what short-cut meal i could prepare for my family & like an answered prayer,i got ur mail on three diff noodle recipes.i made d 2nd & thot i could refrigerate some cos it was too much but alas,we ate it all up.

Please how do I make tomato sauce with eggs, I ate this at a friends house today it was very delicious and I would love to be able to make it. I have learn some of your yam recipes like porridge yam and peppersoup yam but I would love to make the one I just told you above.
