I’m just coming in contact with this site and am thrilled to see what i have seen. love the Aloe Vera juice stuff and i’m very much interested in adding it to my menu table. Love all that i read and i’m interested in getting your free e-book that you mentioned

Questions
1. Can i have a menu list for my husband who is 70 years and right now fighting peptic ulcer?
2. for the Aloe Vera juice, do i need to add the outer leave to the blending or its only the gel that is removed from it

You made a very nice healthy receip and you are worthy praised, But i wish to add up to your receip. You can add about 50-75ml of overnight, well strained juice of bitter leaves to make your juice more healthier. Overnigth bitter leaves juice is no longer bitter and never lose it’s neutrient. Bitter leaves juice is a highly antioxidant and it detoxifies the liver and pancreas also a high immune buider. When you add it up to your aloe vera juice receip will be becomes perfect. You have to straine the juice and keep on, an airtight container till next day to prepare your aloe vera juice drink.

In reply to Aderonke. Every fruit juice that contains orange, lemon, grape should be taken after meal. They have some level of acid that shouldn't be allowed to sit alone at the wall of the stomach for a very long time. This Aloe Vera juice contains lemon and best taken after you have eaten. You can eat watermelon, mango, paw paw, etc before foods.
