I am a big fan of Nigerian foods; all thanks to you.

I have been cooking Jollof rice in a certain way over d years and my hubby would rate me 2/5 cos he thinks it is concoction Jollof rice. I made up my mind to try your recipe amongst other that I have tried; and lo and behold he rated me 5/5 and said I have not had this kind of Jollof rice over the years. He sure asked what the secret was and I said Nigerian Foods.com o.

chy GOD bless u. i tried d bitterleaf soup for my husband. in short he ate 2 plates of soup for just small quantity of wheat. i thank God that a came across dis page. PLS CHY can u still help me on book for pastries and their measurement in cups or tablespoon.e.g. 300gms is equal to how many milk cup or tablespoon. oga said i should make the bitterleaf weekly but i will surprise him with whitesoup and see his reaction. chy thx a billion. thx. Hi Chidi,

I like what you are doing. Tried some of your recipes and must say it is getting more interesting. My kids where getting bored with my type of indomie until I gave them your recipe with green beans, carrot and the rest even daddy too asked for more. The Edikaikan surprised me too and the egusi (the frying method) was something I had to repeat within a month. Keep it up.

hello chy,

am new to your site and i was quite pleased with how easy you make cooking as my portfolio of meals is very limited. i tried out how to make banga this past week from your recipe using the palm fruit and my husband was quite pleased ( there was one constructive criticism which was it was kinda of watery not as thick as the usual banga.)

am hoping you can tell me how to make it thicker using the palm fruit. i will be trying various awesome recipes from your blog every week.
