Fresh eggs

Vegetable oil

chopped tomatoes
Small chopped onions

sliced pepper
scotch bonnet
Salt to taste
Seasoning cube
a pinch
Instructions
Fry the Onions, sliced tomatoes and peppers in a frying pan using 50ml of vegetable oil.
Fry for 5 minutes while stirring continuously. You don't want it burned.
Sprinkle a pinch of seasoning cube and salt to taste.
Stir, and then make sure it is spread evenly on the frying pan and boiling in very little oil. Then pour in the (already broken and mixed eggs).
Allow some minutes of frying before you flip.
Allow 1 minute
Flip again. ?
Serve fried eggs with bread and coffee
