Oh i miss my Igbo traditional soups. I had a taste of most of them when i visited my state Anambra last summer. It’s pretty hard to get all the neccessary ingredients to make Igbo soups here in Europe, unless you happen to meet someone who just came back from Nigeria.

2. for the Aloe Vera juice, do i need to add the outer leave to the blending or its only the gel that is removed from it
