So I would be throwing the question back at you.

I mean, aside the fact that it is so delicious and cheap?

Health Benefits of Zobo Drink

Zobo is a locally made from a dried version of the leave – Roselle in Nigerian (also known as Hibiscus Sabdariffa). Whether it is made into soup, tea or the popular drink we all know and love, the health benefits of zobo are just too many to mention.

Generally, zobo leaves contains some of earth’s best nutrients like fibre and vitamin C as well as several others (calcium, iron, phosphorous, riboflavin, carotene, etc).

Other Health benefits of Zobo Drink

It acts as anti-aging due to the presence of vitamin c and anthocyanins in its juice.

It helps with weight loss as well as the reduction of bad cholesterol.

It boost kidney and liver performance.

It helps reduce general body pains (menstrual pains especially).

It is rumored to help patients with liver damage, leukaemia and hypertension, because of its high content of protocatechuic acid

Zobo drink is very rich in fibre, hence, it aids in weight loss.

Zobo is unarguably one of the most refreshing drink from this part of the world, beside that you can focus on the fact that it is more healthy than most of the popular “well advertised” drinks. Zobo is very rich in vitamin C. If you want smooth, skin and clearer thought, you need vitamin C. It also help the healing of wounds.

Zobo is healthy but when you add some of the snatched stuff sold in Nigeria, it is no longer as healthy as it should be.

Zobo is recommended for reducing high blood pressure and has some anti-bacteria properties.

I know that zobo helps in digestion and improves appetite. There are just too many other health benefits of zobo. A research by some American doctors show that it reduces high blood pressure, allow easy flow of blood and a couple of other things.

There are many health benefits of zoho drink.

One being that it is very rich in fibre. The medical world is big on fibre, you might want to look it up.
